The cooking school is the place where all foodies can come together. This is the palce where culinary skills are being developed in a social environmnet where passionate people share their enthusiasm for cooking.
The Cooking school can be linked to famous restaurant, a hotel school or any other culinary organization. There two different set-ups: 12 cooking stations with a demo kitchen ini whihc the chef/teacher will show what to do and a demo counter table with seats to pre-after discuss and taste the food.
The cooking school is set-up with different classes and workshops. A constantly changing program will bring cooking fanatics back to try out new techniques, receipes or learn about new ingredients. The cooking is also a place for much more then cooking it isa social place whre working together and having fun is a central theme.
The class rooms are multipurpose rooms which can be used amongst others for different activities such as dance, music, culture, lectures, competitions, celebrations and social gatherings.
The class rooms are set-up in a multi-functional way in which one big room can be created or two individual smaller rooms. In case of the individual rooms the capacity is 24 per room and if the rooms are combined it can take up to 104 participants in a conference type of set-up. The classrooms will be equipped with the current audio-visual and task lighting systems to assure efficiency of space.
Two classrooms that can be combined by opening intermediate partition. To accommodate various set-ups from a basic lecture to a small conference.
The multi-purpose rooms require a enclosed space with a ceiling. To make efficient use of the space the ceiling/roofs can be reinforced and a mezzanine level can be created that way. This level can function as the main community space for big indoor events. This space can be rented by different community members, organizations or event organizers.

The café is a coffee and juice shop located on a strategic and highly visible location. It is located along the exterior of the mall and can be foreseen with a small outdoor terrace.
It’s location is chosen so it can cater to the fitness center and the learning and community center. The café contains of 65 seats and provides a relaxing / homely environment.
